Smygehuk – the southernmost point in Sweden, Smygehuk, is situated east of Trelleborg
You cannot get any further south than this, at least not in Sweden, unless you want to risk wet feet. At Smygehuk, the rolling meadows of Söderslätt meet the salty waves of the Baltic Sea and this area has been inhabited since times immemorial. Just east of Smygehuk is Smygehamn.
